- 01
Monday morning, one patient
Most out-of-town patients fly in on Sunday and pair the visit with a weekend in the city. Courtney at the front desk finds the morning and helps plan around it. The consultation and the records happen in one trip.
- 02
The read
Photographs, straight on and in profile. The four questions answered on the bone rather than the skin. A neuromuscular workup with TENS, EMG and joint vibration analysis, and a sleep screen. Then a plan, explained in the room.
- 03
Records
Impressions or scans, bite records and measurements. The appliance is made for one mouth, from your records, and adjusted by him.
- 04
Worn at night
A bite block on one side only, so the loop the teeth lock at every swallow opens while you sleep. Nothing to manage by day. No surgery, no braces.
- 05
Home by evening, then intervals
Reviews are set with the travel in mind. The same photographs are repeated each time, so the change is measured rather than felt. In the published case that took twenty months.
Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm · 3021 E 98th St, Suite 220, next to Keystone at the Crossing.

The practical part
Concierge, not insurance-driven.
- The fee
- The consultation fee is quoted when you book. The practice is value-driven rather than insurance-driven: it files claims on your behalf and does not belong to HMO networks. CareCredit and Cherry are accepted, and there is an in-house dental plan.
- Flying in
- Indianapolis International is twenty-five minutes from the office. Most out-of-town patients arrive on Sunday, are seen Monday morning, and are home by evening. Courtney at the front desk helps with the timing.
- Afterwards
- Reviews are set with the travel in mind, and the same photographs are repeated each time so the change is measured rather than felt. Questions between visits go to the front desk and reach him the same day.
- Existing patients
- General and cosmetic care continues for the patients who have been with him for years. Cleanings, restorations and the veneer work he taught for two decades are still done here, one patient at a time.
